Franz Laengmueller

Franz Laengmueller is a Costa Rican who grew up in Latin America and completed business school in South Florida. After moving back to Costa Rica, Franz started an organic food business.

After some time, he moved into real estate administration, mostly rental and condominium management. Franz then founded an Uber management company, which he sold, at which point he started with equity loans as an investor. Since 2017, he has been actively managing a private equity fund focusing on equity loans and real estate.
