Then you are the right person! You refer people (borrowers) that need a loan – we will pay you a referral fee once the loan has been closed (funded).
What are your responsibilities as a referral person?
Well, none. Email us or WhatsApp Lawsen at the Costa Rican phone number +506 8500-2085 with the potential borrower’s name and phone number, and that’s it! This will entitle you to the referral fee when their loan has been closed!
Need a full-time job?
No problem! All you need to do is consistently bring us quality loans. If you can bring us loans every month or so, this will increase your bonus up to $1000 USD for every $100,000 USD loan! Remember that most of our loans are about $100,000 – 300,000 USD, so do not miss this excellent opportunity to make $1000 – $3000 USD or even more per month! Remember, the more clients you give us that lead to closed deals – the more cash we pay you!
Want to be more casual?
Perhaps you know of just a friend or two that could use a loan. Even if you cannot refer to us on a consistent basis, you still can make easy extra money. With every loan that you bring to us, you can earn $500 USD for every $100,000 USD loan.
How to start a referral program?
If you know someone that needs an equity loan, follow these simple steps:
- Confirm their request meets our Loan to Value (LTV) criteria.
- Give them our company name and website, and tell them to expect a phone call from us soon.
- Send the borrower’s full name and phone number to Lawsen at our WhatsApp number at +506 8500 2085.
That’s all that you need to do. And once the borrower’s equity loan has been funded by one of our private lenders, you will get paid your referral fee.
Important to remember!
We are looking for outstanding loans, and if you are the kind of person, who can refer to us clients, you can make good money with us! What are the basic criteria for a loan? Simple – it must be below 45% of the property value. What does it mean? For example, if the property is worth $100,000 USD and the client wants to borrow $45,000 USD, that is 45% of the property value, which is an excellent loan for everyone.
Note: The lower the percentage, the higher chance of the loan being closed and funded.
What kind of loans can we help with?
We prefer to help with loans when borrowers use the money for the following reasons:
